The Shampoo and Conditioner Debate
Many people will try and tell you that you must purchase the shampoo and conditioner from the same line always, as a pair. But we are here to break that myth!
Our stylists reccomend that if you are looking for volume in your hair, stick with products that will help add volume, they do not however need to be the same brand. The important part is that they use the same key ingredients. If you are looking for volume, we would not reccomend that you use a volume shampoo and an intensive conditioner because the conditioner will actually weigh the hair down and defeat the purpose of the shampoo! We want everything to play nicely together and work synergistically not against eachother.
Instead of feeling required to purchase a set, try mixing and matching next time. Try a Silkening shampoo from Aquage and combine it with the Biomega Intensive Conditioner. This duo is actually one of our favroites.
